Originally from South Florida, Max is currently a PhD Candidate studying the role of transcription factor cooperation in breast cancer at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Before this, Max worked at Medline Industries in product development and strategy, helping identify market needs and position products for government approval. He is passionate about using his scientific background to develop new technologies and solve complex problems to improve lives. Outside of work, Max enjoys cooking, running, and traveling. He participated in GapSummit 2018 in Cambridge, UK as a finalist in the Voices of Tomorrow competition, and he is excited to be an Ambassador for GapSummit 2019!
